Sundown Bar and Grill is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back of house restaurant operations. As the kitchen manager, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, hiring and training employees, and monitoring inventory levels. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.
This is a salary position (45 hours per week) along with the option of health insurance or a monthly bonus. One week paid vacation the first year and two weeks paid vacation after. Possible relocation allowance for the right candidate.
$12 - $18 hr (plus tips)
